• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; PE license highly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of related utility-scale power PM experience and 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong business development, planning, and client-relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team, manage schedule and budget across disciplines.
• Develop project work plans and ensure schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Maintain client relations, pursue new work, and coordinate contract terms.
• Conduct design reviews, quality assurance, and risk assessment.
• Provide training and mentorship to project staff and report progress to leadership.
