Qualifications

• Strong enterprise Power BI experience.
• Advanced DAX.
• Advanced SQL, including complex queries, views, CASE logic, and performance optimization.
• Experience independently owning analytics or BI solutions from requirements through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and business-facing communication skills.
• Experience designing KPIs and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own, enhance, and modernize enterprise Power BI dashboards.
• Develop advanced Power BI solutions using DAX and strong data visualization practices.
• Write complex SQL queries, database views, business logic, and query optimizations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Lead analytics initiatives independently from discovery through implementation.
• Consolidate and improve existing reporting assets and establish stronger reporting standards.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on broader analytics modernization efforts.
