Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Range: $65–$75/hour

About the Role

Brooksource is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to support a large enterprise organization modernizing a highly visible analytics and reporting environment.

This person will take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 50 Power BI dashboards supporting customer service and operational analytics. The role requires someone who can do more than develop reports—you’ll partner directly with business stakeholders, define requirements and KPIs, design solutions, and remain hands-on through development and delivery.

• Experience with AI-assisted development or analytics tools.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has owned enterprise BI products, not just completed dashboard tickets. You should be comfortable working deeply in Power BI, DAX, and SQL while also challenging requirements, shaping reporting strategy, and communicating directly with business stakeholders.
