Job summary

Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a BI Engineer to own the delivery of Dynasty Analytics products. You’ll work with a state-of-the-art data lake and partner with data engineers and Product to deliver deep, reliable analytics built on our platform.

You will design Power BI data products, models, and DAX, turning business questions into repeatable, scalable analytics that drive decision making and self-service for the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytics, BI, or analytics engineering.
• Expert-level Power BI skills with data modeling and DAX.
• Excellent communication to translate business questions into analytics.
• Hands-on data lake experience for large-scale data.
• Ability to manage multiple analytics workstreams and deliver on time.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• Experience with Databricks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics product from an engineering perspective and deliver it.
• Work hands-on with the data lake platform to model and shape data for analytics.
• Build Power BI data products (data model, DAX, reports) for Product and business.
• Partner with data engineers and Product to identify questions and deliver analytics.
• Turn ad-hoc requests into repeatable, production-quality data products.
• Collaborate with the team to evolve the analytics platform.
