Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Product-Led Growth onboarding and adoption strategy for millions of users. You will design seamless activation loops, drive feature adoption, and accelerate Time-to-Value using AI capabilities at scale.

This high-agency role requires collaboration across UX, engineering, data science, and GTM teams to remove friction and optimize activation, retention, and adoption metrics. You will report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong PM track record.
• Extensive 12+ years in Product Management for SaaS (B2B/B2C).
• Experience using AI tools to personalize user journeys and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a visionary PLG onboarding roadmap.
• Identify friction and build scalable product-led mechanisms.
• Deploy AI capabilities for context-aware, personalized growth experiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Data Science and CS.
• Own growth metrics: activation, retention, and feature adoption.
