Responsibilities

• Lead projects and supervise trade groups to meet safety and quality standards.
• Develop assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for the project team.
• Coordinate with site, management, and partners to ensure on-time materials and equipment delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and earned value of work.
• Conduct pre-job planning meetings and ensure contract terms are understood.
• Ensure adherence to LEAN processes and safety observations.
