Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction management/plumbing.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, coordination and BIM drawings.
• Licenses and certifications required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and provides technical expertise to ensure safety and quality.
• Coaches and develops direct reports with performance conversations.
• Sets work sequences to meet schedules using equipment and personnel.
• Confirms earned value and forecasted completion percentages.
• Inspects work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintains liaison with Purchasing, Quality Control and Engineering.
• Conducts pre-job and planning meetings for contract terms and schedules.
