Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred qualifications include technical training or an associate’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and electrical/hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, inspects and performs assembly, installation and repair of plumbing components and systems.
• Oversees construction schedules, manpower requirements, and staffing decisions based on equipment knowledge.
• Coaches and mentors craft workers; coordinates activities and verifies staff certifications.
• Inspects work in progress and completed work for conformance to specifications and safety.
• Coordinates placement and storage of materials, tools and supplies to support the plan.
• Verifies delivered materials and equipment match approved submittals.
