You will mentor juniors, lead large multidisciplinary projects, and coordinate on-site commissioning and testing with stakeholders. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, strong PLC/HMI skills, and experience across PLC platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong PLC programming, HMI design, and electrical schematics interpretation.
• Experience with multiple PLC platforms and industrial protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review, design, and integrate PLC/HMI systems for renewable energy automation.
• Lead testing, mentor juniors, and troubleshoot control systems.
• Oversee on-site commissioning and network troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
