Job summary

Ulteig is seeking an experienced Systems Commissioning Integrator III to support SCADA control systems and client projects nationwide. The role focuses on remote commissioning, real-time troubleshooting, and system validation for solar and BESS sites, with travel and after-hours availability as needed.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on automation experience, strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA platforms, and proficiency with networked control systems and industry protocols.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree required.
• 3+ years in industrial automation, energy/utilities or process control.
• Experience commissioning PLC/SCADA systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider).
• Proficient with PLC/SCADA platforms and communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3).
• Willing to travel up to 50% and participate in 24/7 rotation.
• Valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site commissioning support for solar and BESS projects.
• Troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems and field equipment with VPN/remote desktop.
• Review ladder logic and function block diagrams; validate I/O and control sequences.
• Coordinate with EPCs, asset owners, and field technicians to resolve issues.
• Document commissioning results and update technical documentation.
