Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing union craft.
• Heavy industrial U.S. direct hire construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities for direct hire union pipefitters.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, and optimization of craft labor.
• Inspect site for unsafe conditions and practices.
• Champion the cause of ZERO Accident Philosophy.
