Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead large, multi-discipline pipeline projects across PA, WV, OH, and DE, with a strong emphasis on engineering, permitting, regulatory compliance, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess deep oil and gas pipeline experience, PE license, and proven leadership to coordinate diverse teams while pursuing business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7 years related experience incl. minimum 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board for the location offered.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, multi-discipline pipeline projects including engineering, environmental, permitting, land/easement acquisition, construction support and commissioning.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Part 192 and other regulations.
• Lead engineering and permitting efforts for distribution and transmission pipelines.
• Provide technical oversight on routing, design, materials, and safety compliance.
• Serve as primary client interface and build strong client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver project updates and executive briefings.
