Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field is required.
  • 10+ years of experience leading projects and teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, scopes, and cost estimates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Pump Station and Pipelines BC initiatives and staff.
  • Direct multi-discipline teams across design, inspection, and construction.
  • Maintain client relations and oversee project development and documentation.
  • Ensure QA/QC procedures and best practices across the area.
