Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ecological or cultural resource surveys, NEPA planning, environmental analysis, and state/federal permitting.
• Strong working knowledge of the NEPA process and regulatory landscape.
• Experience leading environmental permitting and NEPA documentation efforts for pipeline projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Project Manager for environmental permitting, NEPA documentation, and related studies.
• Lead teams through FERC environmental processes for assessment, reporting, and permitting.
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities for the FERC pipeline program.
• Oversee proposals, cost estimates, budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate schedules, QA/QC, and lead environmental studies and NEPA deliverables.
