Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead large multi-discipline pipeline projects across PA, WV, OH, and DE. You will manage engineering, permitting, and environmental tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive client engagement. A background in BD is strongly preferred.

The role requires a PE license, a engineering degree, and at least seven years of related experience, including two years in project management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • PE license recognized by licensing board for position location.
  • 7+ years related experience incl. minimum 2 years in project management.
  • MS Office and MS Project experience are required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and active employee-owned culture participation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large, multi-discipline pipeline projects (engineering, permitting, environmental, land/easement).
  • Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and QA/QC.
  • Coordinate internal/external engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with 49 CFR Part 192 and other regs.
  • Prepare updates and briefings for clients and leadership.
