HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead large multi-discipline pipeline projects across PA, WV, OH, and DE. You will manage engineering, permitting, and environmental tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive client engagement. A background in BD is strongly preferred.
The role requires a PE license, a engineering degree, and at least seven years of related experience, including two years in project management. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

HDR currently has an opening for an Industrial Project Manager to join our Industrial, Oil, Gas and Chemicals team in PA, WV, OH, and DE. The Project Manager will lead large, multi discipline pipeline projects from concept through commissioning, with a strong emphasis on engineering, permitting, regulatory compliance, and client engagement. This role requires deep experience in the oil and gas sector—specifically pipeline design and execution under 49 CFR Part 192 for both distribution and transmission systems. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical leader who can manage complex project teams, drive schedule and budget performance, and strengthen client relationships. A background or emerging interest in business development is strongly preferred.
