Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to drive exceptional customer and associate experiences, grow brand top-line sales, and coach Brand Supervisors in higher complexity stores.

You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager and lead with the Head Coach mindset. You’ll translate brand direction into daily priorities, guide product storytelling, and leverage reports to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions on the floor.
• Tell product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer experience.
• Provide category-level insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain store standards on sales floor and fitting rooms where applicable.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing and coaching with Store Manager.
• Direct reports as assigned, including PINK Supervisors/Selling Associates.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex environments to drive performance.
