The role requires supervising field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment, reading drawings and specifications, and maintaining OSHA safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in pile driving, foundation construction, or heavy civil construction.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or superintendent experience preferred.
• Experience with bridge, marine, highway, foundation, or heavy civil construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering plans.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all pile driving operations on construction projects.
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operations.
• Serve as the on-site leader for pile installation on marine, bridge, highway, and heavy civil projects.
