Murray Logan Construction LLC is seeking a motivated Concrete Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee all concrete work for heavy civil and marine projects. You will supervise field crews, subcontractors, and concrete operations from formwork to curing to deliver safety, quality, and on-time results.

The role requires extensive hands-on leadership, strong plan-reading ability, and a track record of managing complex concrete schedules while maintaining budgets and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5-10 years of concrete construction experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing concrete crews on commercial, industrial, structural, or heavy civil projects.
• Experience with elevated slabs, foundations, retaining walls, and structural concrete preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee concrete construction activities including formwork, reinforcing steel placement, pours, finishing, and curing.
• Direct supervision of field crews, subcontractors, and concrete operations to meet plans, schedules and budgets.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, shop drawings, and schedules to drive safe, on-time project delivery.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote safe, productive work sites.
