Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a Pile Driver Superintendent to lead pile driving crews on bridge projects in Louisiana. The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, quality, and schedule adherence, with collaboration across project management and field teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years in a superintendent capacity, excellent communication, and a proven ability to organize, plan, and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a working superintendent.
• Good communication skills with team, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning and time-management abilities.
• Driven and self-motivated problem solver.
• Open to learn new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to pile-driving crews on a project site.
• Work with Project Management to identify issues affecting safety, quality, budget and schedule.
• Set daily objectives and communicate them to the crew.
• Schedule personnel to meet project deadlines with management input.
• Inspect materials and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure timely material delivery to the site.
• Meet contract specifications and quality standards.
• Report daily crew time, equipment usage, and work quantities.
• Document extra work, back charges, or delays by owners or others.
• Travel as required to sites, meetings, and training.
