Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a working superintendent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with team members, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities; capable of coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to pile driving crews on the project site.
• Collaborate with Project Management to identify and mitigate safety, quality, budget, and schedule risks.
• Set daily work objectives and communicate them to the crew; encourage input.
• Schedule and request personnel to meet timely project completion with project management.
• Recommend improvements in methods, schedules, and procedures on the project.
• Inspect materials for quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
• Meet contract specifications and company quality standards.
• Record daily crew, equipment, and material usage; report quantities completed.
• Report extra work, back charges to subcontractors, or delays caused by owner or others.
• Travel as required for meetings, site support, training, etc.
