Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Piercing Lead to helm the Mejuri Piercing Studio across markets, elevating customer service and profitability. You will guide the team in initial piercings, alloy knowledge, and aftercare, while upholding the highest safety and hygiene standards.

You'll collaborate with the Store Manager and Store Services to optimize operations, scheduling, and client experience, driving education and excellence in piercing services and related offerings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a piercing studio or jewelry environment.
• Strong customer-service orientation with ability to educate clients.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and sterilization protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the piercing studio operations and ensure smooth customer flow from greeting to aftercare education.
• Lead and train studio staff on Mejuri's steps of selling and service standards.
• Maintain health and safety standards, proper waste handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling and online booking with Store Services and Store Manager.
• Build client relationships and promote piercing services, engraving, and related offerings.
