Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Training Lead for Pick/Pack Operations to drive training execution and skills development on the warehouse floor. You will ensure order fulfillment, quality, and productivity standards are understood and followed, while coaching associates and removing barriers across functions.

You’ll monitor performance, identify gaps, and support adoption of new tools and processes. The role requires flexible hours and a willingness to work in refrigerated environments when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment operations.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading peers in pick/pack operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports associate development through cross-training, retraining, and continuous learning programs.
• Ensures adherence to standard work, SOPs, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Provides real‑time floor‑level coaching to reinforce proper picking, packing, verifying, and documentation practices.
• Monitors pick/pack execution to identify training gaps, error trends, and process deviations.
• Supports quality investigations by reinforcing corrective actions through targeted retraining.
• Partners with Warehouse Supervisors to align training priorities with volume, service, and labor demands.
