Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, and shipment of products. You will follow established processes to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, with potential cross-training across multiple warehouse areas.

The role requires physical capability (up to 50 pounds) and good communication. Training starts on day one, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• We welcome candidates with little to no warehouse experience and offer training from day one.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with heights and following directions in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker).
