Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Training Lead for Pick/Pack Operations to support warehouse leadership by driving training execution and developing pick/pack associates. You will ensure accurate, safe, and efficient order fulfillment on the floor and coach teams to meet quality standards.

The role requires real-time coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and readiness to adapt to new tools and process changes, with occasional overnight/weekend support and operation in refrigerated settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment operations.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading peers in pick/pack operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead training execution and skill development for pick/pack associates.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and identify performance gaps.
• Ensure adherence to standard work, SOPs, quality and safety.
• Partner with Warehouse Supervisors to align training with volume, service, and labor.
