Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will serve as the primary provider, supported by a dedicated NP or PA, working with a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The full responsibilities include clinical leadership, medical management, and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure compliant, compassionate care for seniors on a part-time schedule. Salary is $100,000-$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk up to 6–8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Conduct patient rounds and collaborate with NPs and PAs.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and advance care planning with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
