Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at Skilled Nursing Facilities, supported by a dedicated NP/PA. The role emphasizes collaboration, oversight, and high-quality patient care in a part-time, one-day-per-week schedule.

The physician will guide treatment plans, discuss prognosis, and ensure comprehensive care while maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for NPs and PAs.
• Prolonged standing and walking in facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs, overseeing medical management.
• Conduct rounds and collaborate with NP/PA teammates.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
