Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) Lead Provider for our urgent care clinic. You will lead clinical staff, mentor new-graduate providers, and deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative team setting.

You should have a Master's in Physician Assistant, a DEA license, BLS, and emergency/urgent care experience. The role includes oversight responsibilities when the Practice Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• PA license with DEA registration (no restrictions).
• Emergency/urgent care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent team player and communicator.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care: conduct health assessments, exams, and review histories.
• Document accurately in EMR; sign and file notes per policy.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and state rules.
