Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Provider (Physician Assistant) to guide clinical operations in our urgent care clinic. The role combines patient care with mentorship of new-grad providers and collaboration with the clinic team to deliver high-quality, efficient care.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, PA certification, and an active DEA license, with strong EMR skills and a commitment to patient-first service.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification.
• Current DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care, including exams, history review, and treatment planning.
• Document accurately in EMR and maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA.
• Mentor and support new-grad providers and clinic staff.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
