Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant/Associate Lead Provider for our urgent care clinic in New England. You will lead clinical staff, mentor new-grad providers, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across assessments, diagnostics, and procedures.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in PA studies, PA certification, and a DEA license; BLS is required. We value proactive communication, teamwork, and strong leadership to improve patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification from a certifying body.
• Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities; team-focused and communicative.
• Technical savvy with office and clinical management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care through assessments, exams, and histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; manage care plans.
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound care.
• Educate patients on health, regimens, and preventive care.
• Lead clinical staff, mentor new-grad providers, and ensure compliance.
