Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Provider PA to lead clinical staff in our New England urgent care. You will mentor new-grad providers, provide comprehensive patient care, and help shape clinic operations in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and delivering high-quality care while staying compliant with medical and safety guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross; CPR/ACLS not accepted.
• Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care: assess health, conduct exams, review histories.
• Document properly: create complete medical records, sign notes and reports.
• Collaborate with team: work with providers and clinicians for care planning.
• Act as a preceptor and mentor for new providers and clinic staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through workshops and professional learning.
