ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Provider (Physician Assistant) to oversee clinical staff in our urgent care clinic. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, mentorship of new-grad providers, and collaboration within the clinic to deliver high-quality services.

The Lead Provider will guide clinical workflows, ensure documentation accuracy, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while supporting a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification.
• Must hold a DEA license without restrictions.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical staff in urgent care settings.
• Provide patient-centered assessments, exams, and care plans.
• Order or interpret diagnostic tests; manage patient care decisions.
• Document medical records clearly and compliantly using EMR.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure efficient, quality patient care.
