Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Provider PA to lead clinical staff in our urgent care clinic, delivering high‑quality patient care and mentorship. The role emphasizes collaboration, education, and clinical leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The Lead PA will mentor new grads and allied professionals, maintain EMR accuracy, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and PA certification with active licensure.
• Must have and maintain a DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (no online only).
• Clinical experience in emergency or urgent care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health via interviews, examinations, and histories.
• Administer tests and interpret results (x‑rays, ECGs, labs).
• Perform injections, suturing, wound and infection management.
• Educate patients on health, regimens, growth and wellness.
