Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking aLead Provider Physician Assistant to lead the clinical team in our urgent care setting. You will mentor staff, deliver high-quality patient care, and collaborate across the clinic to ensure efficient operations and safe dispositions.

You will review histories, perform exams, order tests, and provide education while maintaining compliant documentation in the EMR. This is a patient-centered, team-focused leadership role in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with health assessments, exams, and histories.
• Document meticulously in EMR; ensure accurate records and compliance.
• Mentor and lead clinical staff, especially new-grad providers.
• Collaborate with team to plan dispositions and transfers as needed.
• Pursue continuing education and mentorship to grow clinical leadership.
