Job summary

ConvenientMD in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to join as Lead Provider in our urgent care clinic. You will mentor staff, lead clinical operations, and deliver patient-centered care with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires PA certification, a DEA license, BLS, and experience in emergency/urgent care. You’ll work in a collaborative team, participate in education of new graduates, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards while improving patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification required.
• DEA license without restrictions.
• BLS certification required; ACLS not accepted.
• Clinical experience in emergency/urgent care preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider for clinical staff and mentorship of new-grad providers.
• Provide patient-centered care with thorough assessments and treatments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; administer injections and immunizations.
• Document medical records accurately in EMR and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate patient dispositions and care.
