Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program; minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, training, and cross‑department communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid recovery.
