Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire for this role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program; minimum 3 years PT or leadership experience; 2 years clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily therapy team operations, including scheduling, orientation, and training.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient victories and promote a positive, recovery-focused environment.
