Qualifications

• Active state licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations, including scheduling and training.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships to support recovery.
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain compliant and compassionate care.
