Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Wesley Chapel is seeking a seasoned Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a dynamic therapy team in a leading inpatient rehabilitation setting.

You will support the Director of Therapy Operations, oversee scheduling and staff development, and deliver compassionate patient care that drives meaningful outcomes for our community. The role offers professional growth and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in physical therapy settings
• Current licensure or state certification required
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 3 years of physical therapy or leadership experience, with 2 years of clinical work
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations, including scheduling, orientation and training
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships addressing patients' physical, mental and emotional needs
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to positive outcomes
