PACS is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist in Overland Park, KS to evaluate and treat residents, communicate with families and physicians, and maintain comprehensive documentation in medical records. The role requires supervising PTAs, updating treatment plans, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Applicants should hold a Physical Therapy degree and a current state license; master’s/doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state with active license.
• Ability to input data into health IT programs (Net Health, PCC).
• Reading and understanding technical procedures and policy manuals.
• Proficient numeracy for treatment planning and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PT assistants and train staff as needed.
• Document in medical records accurately and timely.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise and safety.
