Job summary

PACS is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and improve mobility. You will supervise PTAs, coordinate with physicians and families, and document care per regulations.

Applicants must have a PT license in the state, a bachelor’s degree (masters/doctorate preferred), and proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and delivering quality rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; Master/Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state; CPR if required.
• Proficient with Net Health and PointClickCare systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT assistants and coordinate with physicians, families, and staff.
