PACS is hiring a Staff Physical Therapist for an Overland Park facility to evaluate residents, create individualized plans, and enhance mobility and independence. You will supervise PT assistants and coordinate with physicians and the care team, documenting care in medical records while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires an active PT license in the state, a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Masters/Doctorate preferred), and proficiency with Net Health and Point Click Care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state; meet CE requirements.

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
