Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning while supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs.

You will uphold professional standards, stay current with regulations, and contribute to building a robust therapy program within the team and communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
