Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high‑quality therapy across care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop plans of care, and coordinate with facilities while adhering to professional standards.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, manage discharge planning, and participate in ongoing education and protocol development to enhance patient outcomes and compliance across states where licensed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments to ensure efficient care.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care per treatment guidelines.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state practice acts.
