Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy across our care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, developing individualized plans and ensuring timely discharge planning in collaboration with facilities.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, oversee clinical operations, and stay current with professional standards and state regulations to sustain excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Supervise staff during individual and group treatments.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain compliance with state practice acts and regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
