Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services across care communities. You will screen patients, develop treatment plans, discharge plans, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs while upholding professional and regulatory standards.

The role requires a valid PT license in the state and adherence to clinical guidelines. Growth opportunities and ongoing mentorship are offered within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to patients in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and plan discharges.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during both individual and group treatments.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
