Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with facilities and a focus on patient-centered outcomes. You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, oversee treatment delivery, and contribute to program development and leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
