Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver high‑quality therapy services to patients and residents across diverse care communities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards.

The role requires direct and supervised PT sessions, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and ongoing collaboration with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on regulations governing PT.
• Communicate effectively in English and maintain patient confidentiality.
