Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Kansas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with the clinical team.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and contribute to program growth. This role offers professional development, flexible scheduling, and opportunities across 44 states and 900 communities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
