Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Kansas City seeks a highly capable Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients across our care communities, upholding clinical standards and patient safety.

You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and collaborate with facilities and clients to drive outcomes while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
